This year's Trade Show will be held at the Destin-Ft Walton Beach Convention Center. Sponsorships are also available!


This Mardi Gras themed day will provide education for our CAMs and Homeowner Leaders as well as great networking opportunities with our vendors.


Speaker and class information is being finalized! Join us for an educational day where we also have some fun celebrating Mardi Gras!


Negotiated rates with the Holiday Inn Resort Fort Walton Beach Hotel on Okaloosa Island are available. This hotel is across the street from the Convention Center. If you should choose to walk from the Hotel, it is a pretty heavily traveled road with a lot of construction. Please be sure to use the designated crosswalk at the traffic light.

Non-Member CAM and Homeowner Leader Ticket

Tickets will be $25 to NON-Member CAM and Homeowner Leaders. This fee will be refunded when you become a member of CAI.
We will be offering Homeowner Leader Board Certification classes and CEUs for CAMs throughout the event. Get those checked off your list early in 2025!

Be sure to scroll down and reserve a seat in any of the afternoon sessions you may be interested. Registration is required as seats will be limited!

Business Partner Member Booth Fee (Sold Out)

Business Partners will participate in a trade show where they can interact with CAMs, Homeowner Leaders and other Business Partners throughout the day.
Booth placement preference will be granted to Chapter Sponsors based on sponsorship agreements.
If electricity is needed, it will be $55 additional, payable directly to the Convention Center.
Not only will Booths be on display, Business Partners who submit their logo to me NLT one week prior to the event will also have their logo displayed on ALL tv monitors throughout the Convention Center during the event.

Non-Member Business Partner Booth Fee (Sold Out)

Businesses who are not yet Members are eligible to participate at a higher booth rate. These spots will be very limited as our members will have priority.
If electricity is needed, it will be an additional $55 payable directly to the Convention Center.

Sponsor name will be displayed on table for breakfast. Also mentioned at Lunch/Tradeshow break mid-day.

Sponsor will have their name on a sign at the lunch tables. Time permitting, Breakfast, Lunch, Cocktail and Happy Hour food sponsors will be posted on the individual tables as well. Mention will be made during Lunch/Expo announcements.

Cocktail Sponsor will have name on sign displayed at the bar areas for the Happy Hour/After Hours event beginning at 4pm. Specialty drink will be Hurricanes in keeping with the Mardi Gras theme!
